1. Click Start on your computer
2. Click Run and type regedit.exe and click OK.
3. Find the folder HKEY_CURRENT_USER> Software> Microsoft> Windows> Current Version and click Internet Settings.
4. On the right sidebar you'll see (default) is in the top of the order, and double click
5. Fill value to 10 and close screen.
6. Back click Start> Run and type gpedit.msc wait a moment until a new screen.
7. Click Computer Configuration >Administrative Templates > Network and click on the folder QoS Packet Scheduler.
8. On the right sidebar, double click Limit Reservable Bandwidth and select Enabled, and fill value 0 (zero).
9. Restart your computer!
